Could you pls elaborate more like an example
 
Limit screentime one hour before bed because your brain interprets blue light as sunlight, making it harder to fall asleep. It fucks with your natural production of melatonin. If you're a chronic doomer, start by not staying up past 12am. Once that's managable, Ease into 10pm. Learn to wake up at a consistent time everyday, regardless of weekends. Don't wait in bed, the faster you train yourself to get out of bed, the easier it gets to begin your mornings
