How do I fix my sleep schedule?

It's 3am right now and I have to get up at 6am to go to school, prob not even gonna sleep today because I've got homework to do. My sleep schedule was always bad but it kinda seems like a common problem among people my age. I constantly overhear conversations where my classmates "brag" about having sleep problems. They think its "cool" and "quirky" to not sleep until like 4am while people like me genuinely just cannot get themselfs to sleep and suffer because of that. A lot of them just probably stay up late to watch another tiktok or another youtube video. I've tried to fix it multiple times and it works for like 1 week and then it just gets all messed up again. It also takes a toll on my looks as well, there are dark circles around my eyes which make me look like a school shooter (I've been told that before).

By the time I was done making this post it has hit 4am. I don't feel sleepy though honestly.

i have a physics exam tomorrow its currently 8 pm and i didnt study shit. beyond over for me this year. im 100% sure im gonna repeat the school year.

You're done for if you go to sleep now. Your best bet is to stay awake until 9pm or so tomorrow. Don't browse .org so late because it will keep you up at your PC. You can download a program called f.lux which is a very good software which adjusts your screen color depending on the time of day. During the day it will make your screen blue (which keeps you up) and at night it makes your screen more of an orange color.

Just struggling to fall asleep.

Yeah i already know about the orange color stuff, it's a feature on windows

You see, when 2 or more people have something in common they usually talk about it to create a bond called friendship.

Maybe you should try it too? Talk to them about your sleep deprivation & maybe you'll be finally accepted.

Creating a bond by having simular sleep problems seems like the most miserable thing, but I see what you are trying to say here.

Rereading this and man, you should try to get at least passable grades. Repeating the school year seems like hell.
