It's 3am right now and I have to get up at 6am to go to school, prob not even gonna sleep today because I've got homework to do. My sleep schedule was always bad but it kinda seems like a common problem among people my age. I constantly overhear conversations where my classmates "brag" about having sleep problems. They think its "cool" and "quirky" to not sleep until like 4am while people like me genuinely just cannot get themselfs to sleep and suffer because of that. A lot of them just probably stay up late to watch another tiktok or another youtube video. I've tried to fix it multiple times and it works for like 1 week and then it just gets all messed up again. It also takes a toll on my looks as well, there are dark circles around my eyes which make me look like a school shooter (I've been told that before).
By the time I was done making this post it has hit 4am. I don't feel sleepy though honestly.
