all i remember is that 2 is the most unconventional, cause I was talking to an ortho and he brought up 1 and 3

Depends honestly. You can also need lf3 if your whole midface is flat

its pretty rare for someone to need lf3 doe, most ppl who are recessed needs a lf1 or 2 (and I heard theres surgeons who do high lf1s)

technically if they wanna ascend to lite, most people need at minimum trimax or a lefort 2
