live healthy and hope for browridge gains during puberty
pin test and hope for browridge gains
orbicular oculi training can help lower your eyebrow setness not do anything else wont help uee specially though
subconsciously stopping complete use of the frontalis muscle also helps eyebrow setness
for eyebags you can try some skincare (works for some people before niggas get on my ass) but most times its due to recession in the infraorbital region

Dont listen to him, the area around the eyes are filled with a bunch of nerves and blood vessels, if you attemt this youll probably have bad and harmfull results. Just wait and get a surgeon to do it
