how do i fix one ear having the top a bit flared?

i can move my ears muscle or whatever, i heard if i do that enough itll make the ear muscle tighter and make the top of the ear closer to my head but that didnt really work. is there any way to fix flared ears without cosmetical surgery?
and if not, what improves the perception of it? wider face? longer face? wider lips?
