Made some progress in the last year, mostly from diet and hormone optimisation (naturally).
But my infra orbitals are still recessed and i obviously cant bone smash them or anything.

Is there anything I can do other then implants?

You cant' Orbital region is the most dangerous region for implants and fillers. It can make you go blind

Yea sure see if any of these options could work with u

1.Fat Grafting / Fat Transfer: This is a procedure where doctors take fat from other parts of your body and inject it under your eyes or cheeks to fill in hollows. It’s natural since it uses your own fat, but it’s still a medical procedure.
2.Dermal Fillers:
These are hyaluronic acid-based injections that add volume temporarily. They’re non-surgical and can last from 6 months up to 2 years, depending on the filler. Good for trying out how fuller cheeks look before committing to anything permanent.
3.Facial Exercises:
Some people try targeted facial exercises to build up muscle tone around the eyes and cheeks. Results vary, and it usually won’t dramatically change bone structure or deep hollows, but it might help a bit.
4.Diet and Hormone Optimisation: Sounds like u already got this covered so great work. Eating well and balanced hormones can improve skin quality and overall facial fullness.
5.Skincare & Hydration:
Using good moisturizers, eye creams with peptides or retinol, and staying hydrated can improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of hollowness.

imo just cope and max out all your other features. procedures near your eyes are so damn risky and they carry high rates of blindness infections etc.
