How do I fix rounded chin and widen clavicles at 15?

I'm 15, have 19" clavicles and wide hips (over), and my chin is rounded with a recessed mandible. How can I fix these? (M)

Very little you can do about your bone structure naturally, are you looking for more extreme solutions? There are clavicle widening surgeries. To address wide hips, I'm not aware there are any widely available cosmetic surgeries, that are safe at least, so accept that part of your body.

A rounded chin and recessed mandible, again, your only real option is surgery in order to fix it.

As for less extreme options, since you're young, maximizing your testosterone, DHT and androgen receptor activity will help you get the most out of your face structure and potentially reduce your how apparent your issues are. Get as lean as you can without compromising hormones, grow a goatee if you can. Get muscular in your back, neck, traps and shoulders to improve your shoulder-to-waist ratio.
