How do i fix skin?

I don't know if what i have is acne but as you can se i have many red pimples on my cheeks and some blackheads. On the forehead the pimples are smaller but very crowded, again with some small blackheads. The chin is covered in blackheads and has some small pimples and my nose is also covered blackheads My skin is also oily. Idk how fix it, never had a skincare routine.
