my wrists are insanely small,to the point where if i wrap my thumb&finger around it i still have enough room for 3 fingers or so to fit in the space, now even though im relatively skinny i have friends who are way skinnier and their wrists are nowhere near this thin, how do i even fix this, i am currently 17, 179cm 5'10 and 65kg if this helps in any way.

Try bonesmashing them with a sledgehammer , have you ever heard of wolff's law, they will grow back thicker?

Yours are not even small btw

small wrists would make youre forearms pop out more, isnt that a good thing?
my hand looks huge in comparison and watches are an actual nightmare to wear so i'd rather they be a bit larger but apperatly there is no way to fix it

Thin wrists aren't the issue, you need to gain forearm muscles and it will look better than someone with thick wrists

If you have 3 fingers worth of place, they are definitely not objectively small, unless you have super short fingers.

With mine, there’s no place, or at best, place for barely one finger- that’s considered small.

If yours measure around 17,5cm (+), which is average for healthy, non-obese men, then they aren’t particularly small.
<17cm is small-extremely small.

It's not fixable, all you can do if put on fat or whole it develops during puberty. There have been instances with some people in martial arts that have seen an increase in wrist size due to constant pressure. This coinsides with Wolff's Law but where it is actually true in this case is not possible to say with current information. So sorry for yap but basically it isn't fixable without getting fatter. It shouldn't be seen as a bad thing either, however. If u start going gym it can proportionally make ur forearms and biceps look bigger. The main disadvantage is watch straps being too loose but those can be compensated by buying different watches or customisable ones

Unironically true, Wolff's law will actually grow them. Construction workers who do rough taxing work for decades always get super thick hands and wrists due to the cumulative of thousands of hours of stress on them. That's one reason Boomers brutally wrist and hand mog Zoomers, few in the west do hard taxing manual labor anymore. Most blue-collar workers nowadays wear thick gloves and don't work nearly as hard due to heavy unionization.

I also used to have thin wrists at 17, but like clavicles, I guess that it is smth that grows until you’re in your early 20’s cause mine now are a much thicker.

might be wrong though

Did you grow overall or just your wrists and clavicles, i think my growth plates should be pretty much closed by now which is why im asking

growth plates close later on wrist and clavicles iirc.

So I only grew those parts after 18
