how old are you? you can get jaw surgery covered by insurance if they deem it medically necessary. you might have some problems you don’t even know about, or maybe you do notice them but you just think they’re normal. for example, problems:
sleeping
eating/biting/chewing/swallowing
speaking
tinnitus
jaw pain
headaches
neck pain
bad posture

you probably didn’t keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth as a kid, had problems swallowing & breathing, so now your maxilla grew downward instead of forward and up, and your chin is recessed because of the same reason.

insurance doesn’t cover genioplasty, so you would probably only get lefort 1 impaction + advancement and bsso advancement + ccw autorotation. you might want a sarpe or mse too tho
