How do i fix this part of my jaw

[hoping to improve]

Basically my submandibular gland is too big and it ruins my jaw because i already have a high set hyoid bone but this little thing makes my ramus INVISIBLE and it caps my side at mtn

how do i fix it? lymph drainage massages? surgery? hydration? please help me!
