how do i fix this shit on my face (acne)

I use tretinoid (A-ret 0.025%)
facial cleanser
moisturizer
SPF
I started using tret a week ago, but I don’t see any results yet. What else can I add?

im not an expert, but from experience its probably cortisol from school/work or wtv even if you dont know your cortisol is being spiked.

Retinoids don't work immediately.
Just keep using tretinoin, try isotretinoin if it doesn't work. If you have any minor scarring then do microneedling/Fraxis after concluding retinoid use.

Most of the "acne" is acne scars ive had similar situation and for me retinol and brightening serums helped and keep your diet clean if new acne coming its probably hormones
