How Do I Fix This Thing On My Jaw? (Pic)

I have these fatty lumps on my thyroid right under my gonions that destroy the look of my jaw from the side. I don’t know why they’re so built up in that area and I would like to fix it. At times, they look even more prominent than my actual jawline. My thyroid is still pretty bad, even despite this factor, but these just seem disproportionate. (See below)

i think u just have a low hyoid. try the tongue test

that's a gland i think i have that too noticed it in 8th grade sadly still there
