you have really good hair for long hair. if i was you grow it out long but if you wanna keep it somewhat short stop getting fades and keep your sides natural. stop going to a turkish barber and maybe go to a woman. just make sure your hair is cut with scissors and not razors.

no blow drying or towel. air dry after shower. get a silk bonnet like what black people use for when you sleep. if you are in a hurry to work or school or whatever just blow dry with a diffuser or dry your hair with a towel very gently without scrubbing your whole head. also look into some conditoner or something. i have straight hair so i dont know the most.
