i can tell my maxilla is Recessed because when i smile my top gums are being shown alot, i dont see this in alot of looksmaxxers, i am only 15 is there any way to fix it so my gums dont show?

my upper maxilla is receded too but my premaxilla is forward I'm not sure why but I think it's because of my new chewing habits

Bro you looked at it for 5 minutes, this is an orthodontic solution not some made up bullshit by the user. The difference is the orthodontists use this for people max your age and only with strong maxillary recessions.

The user of the thread provided a study in adult monkeys and they had good results.

Also you don't see results cause it's from 2019, even if there were any you couldn't find them.

All in all the controversy is about the age for using the appliance not that the appliance it self doesn't work.
