If you mean the dark under eyes, you can conceal it with tinted sunscreen or BB cream. To kinda "fix" it you can try out volufiline to add more fat under it which will make it less dark, but it doesn't always work. If you want them firmer use a skin firming serum that has hyaluronic acid
