Eating a lot =/= calorie surplus.Im eating a lot...
You think you are, but you’re not. If you actually tracked your calories, you’d realize you’re not in a caloric surplus. And if you can’t eat enough food use MK-677.Im eating a lot...
I guess theres no other way than to trackEating a lot =/= calorie surplus.
For example, it's not the same eating a lot of rice and eating a lot of potatoes. Potatoes are much higher volume for the amount of calories you consume. Instead of trying to go off from an arbitrary standard of how you feel about your intake, why don't you just track it? Tons of calorie calculator apps, plus it makes your surplus more reliable.
By tracking your intake you fix two important issues: First one being that you always know when you're in a surplus, second one being that you always know by how much are you in a surplus, a 500 calorie surplus isn't the same as a 1000 calorie one, one is going to make you put on much more fat than muscle.
If you ain't tracking, are you even trying?
Yep. I personally don't get why people don't track to begin with, I can see it being uncomfortable and annoying to some, and maybe it's not a problem for me because I'm very fucking obsessed about having control over as many variables in my life as I can to the most minute detail, but from a very objective point of view, tracking just saves you a lot more time and effort in the long run.I guess theres no other way than to track

All it takes is a calorie tracker app and a food scale (which you can get anywhere and are very cheap). If you don't have a food scale however, you can still do it, either by using measuring devices in your home (standard cups, tablespoons, etc.) or just by eyeballing the amounts (ex. Google "1 cup of rice", see how it looks in perspective and compare to what you're eating and try to estimate how much is in your plate). The more accurate you can be the better, you also don't have to track forever, all it takes is a few months, 3–6 months of consistent tracking for you to develop this 6th sense that allows you to somewhat estimate how many calories you're eating.
Right now, your "6th sense" isn't that keen, so you're probably grossly overestimating your intake. Also make sure to track your weight as well every time you go to the gym for example, just to make sure you're gaining weight in your surplus, if you aren't well obviously increase your caloric intake**
eat everything u see. focus on meat. especially chickenIm eating a lot...
I don't think that's really needed, I mean there are tons of free apps out there, I'm aware that there are some new ones that use AI, you take a photo of the food and it estimates your calories, haven't used those but I imagine they would be kinda inaccurate, if they cost money and you're willing to try those then go for it.MIght buy cal tracker tool
