I eat non stop every day.
I still am hungry non stop.
My hunger does not get stilled for more than 10 minutes maximum.

Over the last few months I lost 5kgs of bodyweight.

I am skinny fat and I have the most breedable little femboy build trying to be the the most sinister dark triad one.

What do I do?

No money for hcg, peptides while simple roids as enanthate would just kill me.

no such thing as eating non stop and weight going down. Maybe you have SIBO from all the simple carbs you are eating (by the sound of it), Try staying off carbs for 48 hrs to starve out the bacteria and focus on protein and fats rather than simple carbs which spike your insulin and overfeed your gut microbiome.

ur a teenager and ur in healthy bmi range, just eat how u currently r eating, dont try bulk, if ur not gaining or losing ur eating good and ur body is absorbing the nutrients ,just try eat more healthy so u get msot bone growth out of it and ur parents wont have to spend thousands of dollars on an orthodontist

There is very little variation in metabolism between individuals, you simply don't eat enough. There is no such thing as people who eat like pigs and are skinny or people who barely eat and are fat.

If u can bulk do it on steaks, eggs, greek yogurt etc. but i doubt u can, which is a good sign that ur metabolism is in full swing and digesting everything ur eating.

Just eat more healthier, u can do ur gym phase when ur 19 onwards. u can afford to be a twink at this age, if anything its encouraged

u should gym only if u maxxed out everything else on ur face, if u got good brows, good lashes, good hair, imo i wouldnt stress the body out tho when ur young, let bones grow, then once u got good bones and density from eating a good diet sure then u should gymcel.

If you want to gain weight you have to eat in a surplus. It’s that simple. Now you’re asking me if you should gain weight? You’re skinny fat, you don’t really need to. You are novice lifter, you can recomp/gain muscle easily without pushing calories.

Even cooking in more oil or adding cheese or some bullshit to your meals can equate to an extra 800+ cals without you noticing over 4 meals.

If you want to gain weight you have to eat in a surplus. It’s that simple. Now you’re asking me if you should gain weight? You’re skinny fat, you don’t really need to. You are novice lifter, you can recomp/gain muscle easily without pushing calories.

im not a proponent for roiding btw i dont think having massive bones helps, for me im getting a bimax and i think orthodontal help mogs. However he is slightly recessed, got shitty bonemass, doesnt have sfs or any thing that could give him the justifications to get a bimax, he should just roid and eat healthy whilst on roids.
