How do I get a bone age x-ray

16 and want to know if my plates are still open for Hgh as I’m 5’8 barefoot. I’ve never booked a doctors appointment and I feel like if I ask my parents it’s gonna be 1 million other questions cause they already found needles in my room but didn’t gaf.

Do I ask my parents or try to schedule one myself (I don’t even know who my fucking doctor is)
