Thank you, I am doing Calisthenics right now and eat generally healthy. I usually get around 7-9 Hours Of Sleep.

You still at uni now, the regret is a big thing man its easy to regret not doing anything pre covid. We didnt know shit back then and being hard on yourself doesnt fix problems im not going to say just go outside bro but i feel practicing with like minded people is a good idea first before jumping into the deep end with clubbing or whatever.
