How do I get a prescription

So I have social anxiety and in my country you can't get pregab or benzos without prescription so, if any of u have any knowledge about prescriptions do I just tell the doc I have social anxiety and tell her that short acting drugs like pregab and benzos will be the best?

if u have social anxiety they are gonna give u propranolol, pregab is just an alternative and its not really a social anxiety medicine thats why you can only take it once a week

I'm alr using propranolol and it doesn't really eliminate the fear itself, sure I don't shake and have fast heartbeats but the fear of judgement from others is just so breathtaking

that has no medical solution brosquito, the only thing that can fix that is eliminating your old self, the judgment from others comes from u, if u think that they think that u are chopped, thats yourself saying that, dm if u need help
