Imo if you haven't been drinking at least a liter of milk a day, you've stunted your growth tho.

If you mean your genetic frame, like your wrist size, nothing. What you can do is gymcel, and see how you look once you get to your genetic max, which is like after 2-3 years of working out, could be less if your genetics are shitty. But once you're there, there's not much you can do besides juice or roids. I'm 18, 5'8" and 120 lb, been working out for a year and I honestly think I'm at my genetic max or almost there. My body hasn't made any improvement since January and I've been working out harder. It can be a pretty shitty game if you're not blessed.
 
Get on the pull up bar and do pull ups, dead hangs and other exercises which requires you to use your shoulder strength. Bonus: get into rock climbing

This is the dumbest thing i have ever read. It takes years and years to reach your genetic max as a natural in the gym. You are 120lbs talking about genetic max 😂😂😂😂 your diet is probably shit bro. Also juice and roids are the same thing.

Wym bro. It's not that hard to reach genetic max. I have friends who started working out as 10th graders and now they're seniors and absolutely massive or clearly fully grown, there's almost no chance that some of em can get more gains without juice. And yep I legit think I got my genetic max because I used to be gaining like 2-3 pounds a month but for the past 6 with good dieting I hit 0. it makes sense tho because I started off at like 108 pounds and that was my natural body weight without working out. And yeah I know juice or roids are the same thing I just included both terms if OP wasn't familiar with one of em.
