Was using this paypal acc for some time but after i got a transfer for 110 usd and they're asking for an id and the moneys on hold.
im underage so how do i get these funds or verify my account. could i use an edited id? or should i steal my dads id or smth.

I don't know about editing but it might. I never got asked for an id from paypal

I've always had this issue. You have to create a PayPal account using your real name and identity, and it's a good idea to add a profile picture too.

You have to verify your identity; there is no other way. If you cannot verify, you can refund the money so that it is not lost completely.
