Raw animal based diet basically, countless evidence proving it right too,
Red meat, fish, organs, blood, eggs, butter, milk,
idk about fruits @Never Get Up says they active the randle cycle causing inflammation and bloating but i havnt done research personally, would recommend trying to eat as he says first tho since fruits dont even have much nutrition anyways.

I myself dont have money to buy all of those so atm i only eat raw eggs, raw milk, some organs either raw or cooked, raw/cooled bone marrow, beef, fruit and whatever i find to fill in since i cant get enough animal products. Started it like 5 days ago, my strength has gotten better but too early to tell, my morning woods also seem better but yea too early to tell

I eat raw meat here and there, I used to be an avid member on a RVAF forum, been doing it for around 10ish years almost

Doesnt mess up health, if you arent retarded and have the slightest bit of knowledge om gear you can get away with a high dose test cycle with no sides, same with lifespan
And wdym no reason youll gain a shit ton of dimorphism

Dimorphism comes with age , if you want to age yourself faster eat whatever you like , hit the gym and eat lots of protein

I used accutane before the test to shrink my nose, dyed brows and lashes dark black, minoxidil on them too, tret 0.05 permanently on my face, and ofcourse the test w an ai thats basically it

Increase test and for fruits like that guy said most fruits aren’t that good only eat kiwi’s don’t eat any that are on the dirty dozen list and also workout 4x per week and also do sprints 4x per week and 1h + ☀️ per day and decrease stress
