but I genuinely need the gym again, even if its cope it will make me at least have something to do and not just rot

In my case I don’t wanna lift weight if I have slight caloric deficit

I have also been feeling kind of lazy to go to the gym, What got me more motivated recently, was taking a week off, Although that isnt entirely recommended, It helps a lot with that drive of training again, At the long run discipline is the only thing that is going to decide your progress
