How do i get motivation to start softmax without cheating on diets or such?

I just remember my ex once said my im fat, ugly and ive lost like 5kg lol, but now, i need motivation to lock in and start being better

twin, i did starvemaxxing for almost 2 months, i lost 60kg, in the first days is like hell, after 4-5 you literally dont feel hungy anymore

Habits form generally after a month, Do whatever you can to stick to the diet in the first month and the rest will be a breeze.
practical tips for that first month:
for the actual diet: if you don't have muscle to lose do prolonged fasting, if you do; do a protein sparing modified fast (look it up). These are the fastest diets without drugs if you stick to them. Do exercise as well, easiest thing is just rucking tbh.
If you wanna use drugs, its either retatrutide or DNP, look em up.

make sure theres no food around you to the best of your abilities to reduce cravings
put as many barriers between you and food
Have notes around your house like near the fridge or cupboard telling you to not eat
have a replacement activity for when you feel a craving. For me that was doing 20 pullups to keep my mind away from food
If u really are prone to snacking, have low density low cal options like celery or diet soda around, even better; gum to chew on. Not ideal cause when u eat sum shi you generally wanna eat more shit

if you lean down to 10-12% bodyfat and ur face isn't lean enough, either you're recessed or carry alot of facial fat or are bloated. Solutons are surgery, fat dissolvers like aqualyx and diuretics like furosemide respectively
