My baby brother has started mouth breathing. I've taken out the nasty stuff in his nose and tried closing his mouth, but he won't nose breathe. I really need your help. I want him to have healthy habits, and I don't want him to have downward growth. Unlike me, he has thick eyebrows (for his age) and monolid or almond eyes. I think he can become pretty attractive as he grows up, but I don't want this mouth breathing bullshit to hinder his facial development. jfl Im just joking but he should be naturally nose breathing since you cleared his nose. Maybe you didn't clear it well enough, everybody is a natural nose breather, the reason why we started to mouth breathe is because of a problem with our noses, just keep cleaning it. if not just tape it shut but I don't know how your gonna explain that shit to your parents

Coceancig for example suggested letting kid sleep with parents so they could suck on their finger (as a helping mechanism to open airways and breathe from nose).

But the best thing is to ignore for now and just give him good nutrition so that his skull would develop and eventually airways would become bigger and he would start breathing from nose.
