I sleep during the the day and wake up in the night
 
Maybe try staying up all night and all day and see how it goes from there.

Abruptly changing your sleeping schedule back to normal will be pretty hard. Do it slowly, just start sleeping earlier and earlier every day.

this, eg; go to bed and check the time, then the next day try and go to bed 1 hour early and do this over and over
if you just change the schedule instantly you're going to feel like shit
