Hey, so I would advise you to go to an orthodontist, preferrably a private clinic and try go get your hands on a maxillary expansion device.

You clearly possess a good base, but your FWHR is noticably scewed with your midface being noticably elongated.

Try to get MSE, MARPE, or whatever fits your specfic case.
