can anyone not toxic tell me what i can do to make me get from LTN to atleast MMTN or HMTN as i know HTN is not possible for me without surgery.

you could chew these silicon things that overtime train the masseter, it helped me improve side profile. u can get the silicon things on amazon for cheap

Fixing your masseter by training It with hard chewing or whatever Can lead to TMJ issues tmj pain headaches and It makes your face look wider or bulkier not chiseled + normal chewing already trains your masseter so what's the reason to train It?
