How do I get rid of acne like this

This is basically a photo of my right cheek on my face I can’t tell if these are acne scars or something else.
Does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix this? A few months ago I had perfect clear
Skin but now Ts is happening lately

accutane. and no i dont want to hear cope about how it's bad or that you're too scared to visit a dermatologist.

Do I need to use anything else along side accutane cuz I don’t know anything back skin care
Also will it help remove my acne scars?
