How do i get rid of acne scars?

I’ve just recently finished my bulk and got so much acne during it. Me being me of course i squeeze my pimples to their breaking point. My skin is always relatively clear in general so I’m not concerned about any acne rather the scars. Do they go away with time? Any specific thing that rid the scars in general? I’ve seen many transformation videos where pre ascension the person can tend to have acne and acne scars and gets rid of both after the ascension. I was wondering because when I’m not in a calorie surplus my skin is extremely clear and having acne scars permanently would cuck me so bad if I can’t get rid of them.

You have a couple alternatives. You could use ghkcu which does have skin regeneration properties but high doses would be required 8-10mgs minimum I would suggest

Yea it’s not my acne that is the problem, I have good skin but my acne gets triggered so easily when i eat a lot. So i can go from a picture perfect skin quality to an acne ridden fat fuck on a bulk jfl

You could just use androgens to bulk up if you really need to, obviously not going to be as effective but you will gain weight on 500 test, not ideal Ik, could also trigger more acne

Do they go away with time

For lots of ppl yes acne scars go away. For me some went away after 4 or 5 years and some have stayed its different person to person and u cant tell some pppl have very dad acne and almost no scaring and pigmentation when its over. What u can do is have s good skincare and save for lazer or microneedling in the future

tretinoin, ghkcu, and microneedling, if the scars are super deep u might need to get treatment

The obvious answer is microneedling, CO2 Laser, etc. depending on the type of scar and how deep it is but topicals like traz or tret can help a lot too, just not as effective or fast as lasering can.
