How do i get rid of cut marks on face

I have some scars on the side of my jaw not very deep,

Other than tret

Anything else that would help fade them out ?

Yeah well short answer: you can't get rid of scars like that really easily. If they're really fresh cuts, maybe more can be done to make them less visible.
