Uneven Skintone/Hyperpigmentation: first shave as it gives the illusion of a darker lower third, Second if you still have dark spots hop on hydroquinone

Lips: you can try lip lightening scrubs or balms, also a laser treatment for lip lightening would be much faster results

Bonus: you also have sickly grey anemic undertones, for that take lycopene to get reddish

No brah, the vegetable. You cut it and put it on your lips, youll feel a burn which is normal, its pepper. But that burn helps blood flow kick in. Its like lipstick… but inward. When u eat spicy food has your lips ever got swollen? Bingo..
