how do i get rid of this annoying thing any surgery?

If it's severe Infraorbital rim implants

If it's meh then blepharoplasty with fat grafts

Idk why I find sclera show hot only on women though, on men it makes you look like a zombie

Sclera show is extremely brutal get it fixed with a cantho or saddled infras
