I generally now a times have a decent layer of subcutaneous fat on my face which looksminns me HELLA I don’t eat slop, n I’ve been eating like 600 cals a day no sodium no carbs n I’m only seeing mid progress to my face fat, I drink HELLA water, the only issue is the subcutaneous fat, I have 5 days b4 school starts again plz provide the methods

your hurting yourself more by starving start eating atleast 3k calories per day or say bye to your testosterone
