fat graft, saddled implants have to be inserted through the eye socket and cause nerve damage that's long lasting at best and permanent at worst.

I lucked out with my under-eye bones, neither of my parents has any hollowing in their 60's, despite my father having the most godawful tooth genes ever (his dentures are the size of a childs palate) this is also why I'm convinced they're not related at all.
