How do I get rid of the pimples and the overall redness around them

Salicylic acid facial cleanser + use a lighter moisturiser

Then use a correcter to get rid of hyperpigmentation

 Then just maintain cleansing your face whenever you feel as if though it's getting really greasy like after your workout or whatever. And maintain basic hygiene like cleansing you hands before doing anything on your face, using a seperate towel for your face only, and not to pick any of the little bumps.

Try to use less products just cleanser and moisturiser because from what your describing it seems like your skin barrier is damaged/sensitive ( the redness )

Does that actually cure acne ?

I have cystic acne, nothing gets rid of acne faster than this. If you have cystic acne btw it will work on surface level only as this type of acne is under your skin
