How do I get rid of this fat above the nasolabial folds? [Pic included]

In the left side you can see it clearly. Just at the left of my nose tip. I can feel there's accumulated fat on that area and under certain lightnings it looks really bad. I'm lean btw.

Ive seen people with recceded maxillas that dont have that kind of extra fat. So that cant be the reason.

Doesnt matter your reccesed maxilla is the problem, maybe losing weight will help too somewhat but youre still boneless either way

What about applying ice to that area?

What I also notice is that my pores are larger in that area than in any other part of my face.

It could decrease fat a bit, you will still be subhuman tho because of bones

Well its better than nothing. I'll be icing my face everyday, hope it works.

Also I do face pulling. Maybe it can make a small difference in bringing my maxilla forward a bit.
