but genuinely for blackheads use an oil cleanser, for cosmetic nose shrinking ways use a retinoid. then use isotretinoin or hydrocortisone if that doesnt help at all. Last resort is rhinoplasty but ur nose size is literally normal, maybe show side profile so we can see how bad it is? give solution btw
