Theres possibly not much you can do. You could use acutane but thats a last resort and your acne is so unsevere that its probably not worth it. Ive been where you are. I was super active and worked out and did sports and basically there was always light acne. It may be a sign your testosterone is healthy. Can you build muscle pretty easily?
Edit: if you havent tried tret yet, then give it a try. It works for alot of people with acne at your level. For me it didnt get rid of it tho, just made my skin look healthy.
I would say try tret, and if it doesnt work, just ignore it. Its hardy noticable and if you dont pick at it, it wont scar or anything.
Tretinoin will help with texture and scarring. Your scars are not too bad, I bet if you’re consistent with Tretinoin and sunscreen they will mostly fade away within 6-12 months. Vitamin C or azelaic acid will make it even quicker.
For redness you need to make sure your skin barrier is healthy and your skin is well hydrated/moisturized. Your best friends here are moisturizer, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, Centella, niacinamide, etceter

I use an oil cleanser, a water based cleanser, and a moisturizer for night. For morning I use niacinamide, water based cleanser and sunscreen. I thought about Tret but I don’t know if I should take it topical or oral and I don’t know how much to take and everyone says something different.View attachment 3505255
I struggle with a lot of your same skin problems and this is the drugstore routine I use (except for the tretinoin; which was purchased from ‘the beauty bliss’ - it’s generic Indian tretinoin)
