I've got so much fucking fat on my face , I am not lean and never unleashed my full potential I am skinny fat.

I've got severe gym anxiety not because of the way I look, but because I hate being stared at.

I've got a static bike at home and plan on getting on a calorie deficit and doing at least 2 hours per day cardio.

Will this work in the long term or no?

Because of my anxiety I am destroying my chances to make a change.

Lose weight :)

So it is because of the way you look? I mean in a very indirect way, either way it doesn't matter. The gym makes it significantly easier to get to your goal, not only because of the access to weights and machines, but the environment in general. Suck it up, it's not like anybody cares about you lol, there's probably fatter fellas in the gym regardless.

Pro Tip: Track your cardio in calories, not time. Time is largely unreliable, I could burn 200 calories in 10 minutes, but only burn 100 in 1 hour.

Yes, of course, any kind of caloric deficit will inevitably lead to fat loss. Cardio just makes that process easier, if your goal is just to be lean and you don't care about muscle, then this works just fine.

Its not a pussy mentality. I am an abused dog people judge me on a daily basis.

Everyone cares. This shit is a myth literally everyone judges you. I've been in and out of gyms and its true. I am hyper self-aware.

thats retarded. I've tried it and ended up murdering my metabolism. Starvemaxxing is for cretins. Plus you're stunting a potential growth if under 24.

Just start going to the gym. Even if people see you and think you're chubby or ugly, they'll respect the fact that you're trying to improve. A lot of people who lift now used to be very insecure about their bodies—myself included—and that's what leads many of us to start working out in the first place.

If you want a full plan, here’s what I did to go from looking like this to this:

Step 1: BULK

I know it seems counterintuitive to bulk if you want to stop being skinny-fat, but it’s important to understand how maintenance calories work. Your body burns more calories naturally when you’re bigger (muscle and fat both affect this) because it needs more energy to support more mass. Bulking before cutting raises your calories burned even when you’re not moving, which makes it easier to go into a deficit later.
You don’t have to bulk forever—even just 6 months is plenty—but it helps, I promise. On top of that, cutting is pointless if you don’t have any muscle. When you lose all the fat, you’ll just look like a smaller version of what you started with, not lean—just “twinky.”

Step 2: PEPTIDES

Peptides are extremely effective for cutting, and L-Carnitine and Ipamorelin are probably the safest of all peptides.
  • L-Carnitine is a daily intramuscular injection and helps stimulate ketosis.
  • Ipamorelin increases metabolic rate and also helps with strength and muscle maintenance.

Step 3: How to Get Optimal Value Out of Your Peptide Stack

Now that you’ve raised your maintenance calories by increasing muscle mass and have basically forced your body into burning fat for energy using peptides, you’ll have a much easier time shredding.
At this point, all you need to do is:
  • Get good protein intake (bodyweight in grams to bodyweight + 20g)
  • Eat in a calorie deficit
  • Continue exercising
If you want to get the absolute most out of this setup, the best way to burn fat in this state is to:
  • Do fasted cardio after you pin
  • Take pre-workout right after pinning (any caffeine works, but pre is usually low-calorie so it wont break your fast)
The idea is that your body is in a deficit, and with no food available for energy, you’ll burn fat at an insane rate. I’ve lost four pounds in one week doing this, eating 1500 calories a day. The caffeine also helps stimulate the L-Carnitine further, giving you insane value out of your cardio sessions.

If you’re too anxious to go to the gym, buy dumbbells and work out at home (it’s way more expensive), or go with a friend who has lifting experience—it’ll help with the initial anxiety. Once you get used to being there, that anxiety will fade.

Just remember: if you let anxiety control you, nothing will ever get better. The root of your anxiety is probably your appearance, and the gym can be your way out.

Its never over.

if you don't go to the gym you will stay skinny fat but just at a lower weight, you can find a 24 hours gym and just go at 1am or a time where its barely any people? or save up money and buy weights

hire a personal trainer at a private gym, expensive but worth it

id say i had 6 months of progress in 2.5 months
