Want good skin? Do the following:
- GHK-CU applied transdermally.
- Isotretinoin / Trifarotene for active acne.
- LFHR
- Microneedling for minor atrophic scars.
- Subcision for tethered scars.
- Tirbanibulin for sun damage.
- Fraxis/Fraxel to destroy the epidermis and rebuild it from scratch.

Also, a 5ARi or a topical anti-androgen (e.g., Winlevi) to prevent collagen/elastin loss consequent to DHT.
