How do I get this colouring?

I want this reddish but not orange looking skin tone. I swear I’m paler than everyone so its hard for me to tan

White skin can have huge variance of color based on the type of lighting it's in. I can go from pale white to looking glowly and tan just based off whether in in indoor lighting vs outdoor vs time of day vs type of bulb used.
