you need a perm that gives your hair soft waves. recurring cost once your hair grows out and it becomes straight again

That dude does not have wavy hair… its straight. Probably slightly curled it at the front using a hair straightener.

Idk if this will work with all hair types, but going to bed with slightly damp hair (like after shower) gives me extremely wavy hair the next day.
