Could be some bone misalignments, but yeah strange that even while I have a wide palate ur mouth is narrow. Not sure if that's actually correlated though

Surgery where they cut the commissures to make them appear wider is probably the most garunteed and ironically the safest way to do so

MSE doesnt do shit unless you have a subhuman palate

anecdotally people have seen success with appliances that you can 3D print from Tinkercad but there is a risk of getting folds you have to take
