How do I go from skinny to normal weight?

Any foods to avoid any foods to eat a lot of? Any threads on this already? I'm skinny af

Drink smoothies. You can put a lot of fruit plus a full cup of greek yogurt and some peanut better and still be able to eat after. I am super skinny and this allows me to eat more.

Good question. I have been in a calorie surplus and am still dropping weight. 133lb at 6'2. Death tier

Go to see a doctor/nutritionist it helps alot
 
Lift, eat 300 calories above your TDEE and get over 100g of protein.

Being skinny means that you have a great base to get aesthetic. If you don't lift and eat you will just get skinnyfat.

Try this crazy new method, sounds off the wall but it really works. It called eating more food and lifting weights

I have the same problem, I've heard that if you stop eating consistently during the day and only binge eat at night, your body will start to store more fat, so I'm doing that right now

Being skinny is ideal lmao, from there you have a good base for a slow leanbulk.

Most people have to start with weightloss since they are FAT.
