there isn't any softmax to do this except for causing

if u really want to fix the thin upper lip u could do fat grafting, lip lift, lip filler, lip flip

lip lift is mostly bad because the surgeons who perform are bluepilled. Be careful you have to plan out measurements very carefully, and lip flip is not good from what ive heard.
