How do I grow taller during puberty ?

I’m 15yo, currently 5’7 and willing to do anything to grow a bit more. My dad is 5’7 and my mom 5’2 ig im cooked.
Might consider LL later on but i would first try to maximize my growth during puberty and dont want to try sum when it’ll be too late.

Hold your wrist and say you think you fractured it or sprained it, ask to get it xrayed and pretend that it hurts and your mobility is limited.

Once you get the xray save it, then you can check if your plates are open and if they are how open they are.

Then you can start seeing what else you can do.

What should i do if they are still open ?

Vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium are your best friends.
 
All you can do is take the recommended sups like d3 k2 , drink milk , and get 8 hours every day and make sure u have good sleep quality and eat well. Also participating in high intensity sports is good but the best is swimming by far.

I take those sups but in reality I don’t believe they’ll contribute to height, hgh is a different story
