Nigga you are on 500mg a week starting?

I was on 300mg a week starting and I had 440 Estrogen. If you can't get a bloodtest you can't check RBC or Estrogen.

Estrogenic side effects are bloating, I had them, my feet looked swollen and your face is incredibly puffy, and you get acne.

The 4 main issues on Supra Testosterone is:
- RBC (Red Blood Cell Count)
- Lipids (HDL/LDL)
- Estrogen
- Oxidative Stress

The first 3 and more important ones require a bloodtest SOME POINT on your cycle.

Also, using an AI Suicide without knowing how much or aromatizer you are is dumb. If you crush your E2 you will feel like shit, it's worse than high Estrogen.
